摘要
在惰性介质机械搅拌三相床反应器中,研究含氮合成气直接合成二甲醚的工艺,使用混合型双功能催化剂,粒径为0.15-0.18 mm。实验结果表明,较佳的实验条件为:温度240-260℃、压力7.0 MPa、空速1.0-1.5 L/(g·h)。以获得的三相床宏观动力学方程为基础,依据不同氮含量时的宏观动力学反应速率常数的计算结果,证实以各组分逸度表示的三相床宏观动力学模型适用于含氮合成气合成二甲醚的动力学计算。
Effects of process conditions on direct synthesis of dimethyl ether (DME) from syngas containing N2 were investigated. The process was carried out on a mixed bifunctional catalyst in a mechanically agitated autoclave with inert liquid in it. The catalyst sizes were 0. 15 - 0. 18 mm. The optimum conditions were: temperature 240 - 260 ℃,pressure 7.0 MPa and WHSV 1 - 1.5 L/(g·h) .After calculating experimental data, the influence of N2 concentration upon reaction rate constants was inspected. Results indicated that regressed kinetic equations were applicable when syngas containing N2 was used.
