摘要
介绍了用以代替浓硫酸催化环己酮肟Beckmann重排反应制己内酰胺的各类分子筛催化剂的研究新进展,并 对其反应机理、催化剂的失活与再生、反应新工艺进行了阐述。提出进一步提高己内酰胺的选择性将是今后研究的 重点。
Recent development of vapor - phase Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime to ε-caprolactam catalyzed by molecular sieves was reviewed. Type of molecular sieves for Beckmann rearrangement, reaction mechanism, deactivation and regeneration of molecular sieves and the new process were discussed. Improving the selectivity of ε-caprolactam will be the focus of future research.
