摘要
研究了1,1,1-三甲基-2-丙烯酰肼(TMAH)均聚以及与丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸乙酯(EA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和苯乙烯(St)的共聚反应,实验结果表明,TMAH易均聚,并且易与BA,EA,MMA发生共聚反应,不与St发生共聚反应。测定了80℃时TMAH-BA共聚体系中单体的竞聚率(rTMAH=0.96,rBA=1.23),研究了反应条件对转化率及共聚物组成的影响,实验结果表明,聚合反应速率随偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)用量的增加和反应时间的延长而增加,但是共聚物的组成不变;聚合温度升高,聚合反应速率和共聚物中TMAH的摩尔分数都增加;聚合反应速率随单体中TMAH摩尔分数的增加而下降。
Compolymerization of 1,1,1 - trimethyl-2-acrylhydrazine(TMAH) with n -butyl acrylate(BA), ethyl acrylate(EA) ,methyl methacrylate( MMA) and styrene(St) was primarily investigated. TMAH was easy to copolymerize with BA,EA and MMA,but difficult to copolymerize with St. The reactivity ratios of TMAH and HA were determined: rTMAH = 0.96, rBA = 1.23. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) concentration and ratio of TMAH to BA on conversion and TMAH content in copolymer were investigated in detail. Polymerization rates speeded up as AIBN concentration increased and polymerization prolonged, however TMAH contents in copolymers remained constant. High polymerization temperature favored polymerization rate and TMAH content in copolymer, and polymerization rate slowed down as TMAH mole fraction in monomers increased.
