摘要
综述了纳米成核剂在聚丙烯中的应用研究进展,重点讨论了无机纳米成核剂对聚丙烯力学性能和结晶行为的影响。纳米成核剂的加入对聚丙烯的β晶结晶过程有明显的诱导作用,提高了β晶的含量,可使聚丙烯的刚性和韧性同时得到增强。
Progress in the development and application of nano - nucleating agents for polypropylene was reviewed. Effect of inorganic nano - nucleating agents on mechanical properties and crystallization behavior of polypropylene was discussed in detail. Addition of nano-nucleating agents had obvious induction effect on β-spherulites crystallization of polypropylene,increased the contents of β-spherulites and improved the stiffness and toughness of polypropylene.
