镍离子掺杂对TiO_2薄膜光催化活性的影响 被引量:18

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶工艺在平板玻璃表面制备镍离子掺杂改性的TiO2薄膜,借助DTATG,XRD,SEM等测试手段探讨了镍离子掺杂TiO2薄膜的层数及热处理温度对掺杂前后的TiO2薄膜在太阳光照射下的光催化效率的影响。结果表明:适量掺镍离子的TiO2薄膜,对直接利用太阳光进行光催化降解有一定的效果。从薄膜紫外吸收光谱分析可知,涂3层膜的掺Ni2+的TiO2薄膜在烧成温度为550℃时的光催化效果最好,可以提高光催化活性,在污水处理和抗菌防霉方面亦有一定的作用。 The modified TiO2 films by doping with nickel ion were prepared on the surface of plate glass by the sol-gel technique . The effects of coating cycle, heat treatment temperature in different degradation time of TiO2 films with nickel ion dopant on photocatalytic efficiency were discussed by means of DTA-TG, XRD and SEM. The results show that the films with a suitable doping amount of nickel ion can have certain effects on photocatalytic degradation under direct sunshine. From the analysis of ultraviolet spectrum of films it can be seen that the optimum photocatalytic activity is obtained when the TiO2 films doped with nickel are coated for 3 cycles and the heat treatment temperature is 550 ℃. The results indicate that the photocatalytic activities of TiO2 films can be improved, and some positive effects have be shown in disposition of polluted water and in properties of antibacterial and preventing mould.
