Establishing Information Management in Oil Storage Area with Enterprise Network

成都104油库内部网站的建立,把兰成渝管道业务管理信息系统、发油自动控制系统、油情监测系统和远程监控系统有机地结合在一起,弥补了过去油库仅局限于工业自动化,而没有办公信息化的缺陷。网站内置的六大模块,从生产管理、员工培训、资源共享三方面出发,采用ASP与COM等技术,提高了油库的系统协调能力和信息管理能力。从网站的构建、软硬件设置、各模块设置等方面论述了如何以油库工作为中心,利用信息系统把各项工艺流程和管理工作紧密地结合在一起。

the establishment of local area network in No.104 oil depot has integrated the operation management information system of Lanzhou-Chengyu oil pipeline,the automated system of delivery oil,the monitor system of oil depot's circs and the long-range control system harmoniously to made up the shortage that the oil depot have only industry automation without OAS in past.The six modules in website,setting out with three aspects of production control,employee training and information sharing,adopting ASP and COM etc.techniques,has increased the ability to manage the information in oil depot.In respect of setting up with the establishment of website,the configuration of software and hardware and the scheme of each module,how to focused on the oil depot's work,combined various manage work with various craft process closely in the information system are discussed.
