摘要
讨论了面向网络客户的计算机翻译软件技术 ,研究了常用的翻译软件技术 :即译和全屏翻译技术 ,并且实现了翻译软件的编制 .该软件在一般 Windows平台 ,如 Windows95 / 98/ 2 0 0 0 / NT等平台上 。
The translation software technology facing network customer is discussed, and the result shows the software functions well.The software realizes EnglishChinese whole screen translation and screen word capture translation, and it can run on Win9x/2000/NT/XP.
