摘要
用静态增重法研究K44铸造镍基高温合金800℃氧化动力学.结果表明,K44合金的氧化动力学遵循抛物线规律,属于完全抗氧化级.利用X射线衍射、能谱分析确定K44合金氧化膜的组成以Cr2O3为主,含有NiCr2O4及TiO·TiO2.在高温氧化期间,K44合金发生了内氧化.
The oxidation kinetics of a cast Ni-base superalloy K44 at 800 ℃ has been studied by TGA method .The results indicated that oxidation kinetics obeyed parabolic law. The oxidation resistance of the alloy is in the grade 1. The oxide scale was analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) equipped with energy dispersive X-ray analysis(EDX). The results showed that oxide scale was consisted of Cr_2O_3 mainly with a certain amount of NiCr_2O_4 and TiO·TiO_2. During oxidation at 800 ℃, it was found that the internal oxidation of superalloy K44 occurred.
