摘要
用正交实验的方法对以改性粉煤灰处理造纸废水的实验条件进行优化选择,研究改性粉煤灰处理造纸废水的一般规律.实验结果表明,改性粉煤灰处理造纸废水的优化实验条件为:选择HCl∶H2SO4=1∶3的混合液为改性剂,pH=10,水灰比为4∶1,搅拌时间为50min,粉煤灰的颗粒度为160~200目,沉降时间为50min.在此实验条件下,造纸废水中COD、BOD、悬浮物、色度的去除率分别可达81.5%、80.8%、99.1%、94.1%.
The purpose of this paper is to decide the experimental conditions of treatment of papermaking wastewater by fly ash by the way of Orthogonal Experiment The results showed that fly ash modified by the modification reagent of V(HCl)∶V(H_2SO_4)=1∶3 is effective to adsorb papermaking wastewater. When the amount of modifying fly ash used 25 g in per 100 mL wastewater ,blending time is 50 min,particle size 160~200 mesh, precipitating time is 50 min, under pH=10 experimental condition, the efficiency of COD,BOD,suspended solids and chrominance removal rate reached about 81.5 %,= 80.8 %, 99.1 % and 94.1 %.
