含油废水接触过滤处理中滤料性能的研究 被引量:5

摘要 为提高接触过滤技术的处理效能 ,分别以陶砂和果壳滤料实验研究了接触过滤法对油、浊度及 COD的处理效果 ,并测定了滤料的流动电位。结果表明 :1)陶砂滤料的去污性能优于果壳滤料 ;2 )陶砂滤料的ζ电位较果壳滤料低 ;3 ) The present paper aims at introducing the author's research on a new method of oil-latent sewage treatment in Lanzhou Petroleum Chemical Company through contact filtration. As is known, the effluent laden with oil pollutants originates from such processes as cleaning, lubrication, cooling and corrosion inhibition in oil refining practice. When it is treated in the pool for separation, there still high proportion of oil content remains in the waste water. And, then, when discharged directly into the surroundings without being recycled, it would cause serious environmental pollution. It is known that some filtering media can have direct effect on the pollutant-removing efficiency. To solve the problem, we have tried two media: the ceramsite medium and the medium made of fruit shell. In doing so, we have given analysis and testing of the turbidity and COD for their streaming potentials. The results of our research show that 1) the ceramsite medium is more efficient than that made of fruit shell. For example, the removing efficiency of the former in absorbing oil pollutant, turbidity and COD in wastewater are more stable and always higher than the latter. Besides, the former's period of water output seems longer than that of the latter; 2) The streaming potentials of the filtering medias indicate that the \%ζ\%-potential of the ceramsite is much lower than that made of fruit shell; 3) The \%ζ\%-potential of the filter media can be remarkably reduced by using a composite inorganic macromolecule flocculant, which helps to raise the efficiency of treatment evidently.
