摘要
介绍了中国石化2003年12月召开的一次十分重要的炼化企业设备工作会议。会议专门讨论、研究、交流、布置炼化企业的设备管理工作。会议充分肯定了中国石化1998年重组改制以来设备管理工作的成绩,指出并分析了当前存在的问题,对今后设备管理工作做了全面地部署。会议着重强调了当前加强设备管理需要抓紧解决的几个重点问题和采取的必要措施。
A very important equipment work meeting of refined and chemical industry convened in Dec. 2003 was recommended. The equipment management work of refined and chemical industry was specially discussed, researched , exchanged and assigned. The achievement of e-quipment management work for SINOPEC since reformation and change institution in 1998 was fully affirmed at this meeting. The existent problems at present were pointed out and analyzed. The equipment management work from now on was assigned comprehensively. Some major problems and adoptive necessary measures that should be firmly grasped at present were emphasized.
