摘要
石油化工管式炉使用含有氧气的低压燃料气为燃料时,应对燃料气的自燃、爆炸和回火倾向进行安全性评估,介绍了评估的原则和方法,并以润滑油加氢装置减压分馏塔塔顶气为例,说明了这种方法在工程上的实际应用。
By the use of oxygen- bearing low pressure fuel gas as the fuel of petrochemical tubular furnace, the safety evaluation on self-combustion, explosion and flash back tendency of fuel gas should be conducted. The principle and method of evaluation was recommended. The tower overhead gas of lube oil hydrogenated unit vacuum tower was taken as an example to mention the actual application of this method on engineering.
