摘要
简要介绍了测量不确定度的基本定义,指出导致测量不确度的可能因素及其评定测量不确定度的工作步骤。在引入重复性实验较正因子的基础上,建立其有效的数学模型,全面分析讨论了近海水质污染监测常规项目(营养盐类、重金属、油类、COD)测定中的不确定度分量及其影响因素,确立了各测量不确定度分量的量化方式、合成不确定度分量的原则,给出了近海水质污染监测常规项目测量不确定度的报告形式。最后,作者就本文内容的有关问题进行了总结讨论。
This paper deal with a brief introduction about the general definition of uncertainty of measurement. The potential factors of the contribution to the uncertainty of measurement and estimation of the working procedure. Based on the rectifying factor of repetitive experiment, the effective mathematical model was established and an overall analysis on the uncertainty component of measurement of conrentional project of pollution monitoring as to the quality of offshore water (such as nutrient salt type,heavy metal,oil type,COD) and influencing factors were given. In addition, the principles of the quantitative method of each uncertainty component of measurement were established and the combined uncertainty component and the reporting form of uncertainty of the measurement of conventional project of the pollution monitoring quality in offshore water also present. A summary about the problems involved in the paper was done.
