摘要
研究了不同异氰酸酯、NCO质量分数、不同聚醚、助剂对集成材用单组分湿固化聚氨酯胶粘剂性能的影响 ,综合考虑胶粘剂的固化速度、粘接强度、粘度、耐水性等因素 ,调整配方以达到集成材加工所需要求 。
The main factors affecting on properties of one-component moisture-curable at room temperature polyurethane adhesive for compositive wood, such as the sorts of isocyanate, the content of NCO, the sorts of polyether and other additives was studied.The suitable curing speed, bonding strength, adhesion viscosity and hydrolysis-resistance properties was obtained throuth adjusting prescription and meeting the requirements of compositive wood manufacture.The questions on further development have been poinded out.
