摘要 为了与企业的现状相结合,加强对应用系统的分析,提出了信息集成矩阵分析模型。该模型借鉴U/C(User/Creator)矩阵的方法和IF(InformationFlow)矩阵的形式,利用企业目标需求和资源现状矩阵,重新界定整个企业的业务流程、组织结构和信息流,并通过分析现有系统功能来确定哪些业务流程、组织部门之间的信息流尚未实现集成,从而形成信息集成的实际需求矩阵,然后再结合信息集成知识库,决定信息集成的方案、方法和技术。 To combine with the current situation of the enterprise and enhance the analysis of the application system, a matrix-based analyzing model for information integration of the enterprise was put forward. The model adopted the method of User/Creator (U/C) Matrix and introduced the form of Information Flow (IF) Matrix. This model also employed the Enterprise Demand/Resource Matrix to re-define the business processes, organization and information flow of enterprise. Then, an Information-Integration Actual-Demand Matrix was derived by analyzing current system's functions to find out the un-integrated information flow among business processes and organizations. Finally, combining with the Information-Integration Knowledge-Base, the alternatives, methods and technologies for enterprise's information integration could be chosen and decided.
