摘要
为了有效评价和提高供应链的合作绩效,研究了供应链激励策略与供需合作绩效的关系。把供需合作绩效分为四个构面,即时间与柔性构面、成本构面、质量构面、合作倾向性构面,不同构面都由一系列的绩效指标组成。在文献研究基础上,提出了四个假设,论证订单激励、荣誉激励、支付激励和信息激励等四种激励策略与供需合作绩效的关系,采用实证研究方法对假设进行检验。结果表明,各种激励措施对供需合作绩效均存在一定影响,但他们各自的作用不同,影响强度也有一定的差异。
To evaluate and improve the cooperation performance in supply chain effectively, the relationship between incentive strategies and cooperation performance in supply chain was studied. The cooperation performance of supply and demand in supply chain was divided into four aspects: time and flexibility, costs, qualities and cooperation tendency. Each aspect consists of a series of performance indexes. Based on the literature search, four hypotheses demonstrating the relationship between incentive strategies and cooperation performance are proposed. Then through these hypotheses, the influence of incentive strategies (e.g. payment incentive strategy, order incentive strategy, honor incentive strategy, and information incentive strategy) on cooperation performance in supply chain was analyzed. Using survey data from Chinese firms, the four hypotheses were proved. The result of this research shows that all strategies have certain influences on cooperation performance, but the degree of influences on performance between different strategies is different.
