摘要
为了在产品开发的早期阶段快速获得产品特征信息,提出了一种适合于度量值映射的模糊度量质量屋模型。通过定义模糊度量、模糊关系矩阵和模糊转换矩阵等概念,将该模型应用于技术型客户要求,采用质量功能配置的逐级矩阵分解思想从中获取特征信息;引入"功能-原理-结构"映射模式对功能型客户要求进行特征映射。该模型在齿轮减速器开发的实际应用表明,模糊度量质量屋着重于定性与定量两方面描述和转换信息,不仅适用于产品特征映射过程,对产品开发各阶段的质量配置规约也有应用价值。
In order to find out product characteristics at the early stage of product development, a fuzzy measurable house of quality (FM-HOQ) model was established, which adapted to information measurement and mapping. Some concepts such as fuzzy measure, fuzzy relationship matrix and fuzzy transition matrix were put forward. This model was applied to measure and map characteristics of technical requirements. And the characteristic-information was obtained by using the idea of decomposition of quality function deployment (QFD). In addition, a mapping frame of 'function-principle-structure' was taken on to map the characteristics of functional requirements. Finally, an example of gear-reducer's development was provided. It is indicated that the FM-HOQ focuses on describing and transferring information qualitatively and quantitatively, which is not only applicable for mapping product characteristics, but valuable to quality deployment at each stage of product development.
