摘要
目前粉煤灰在综合利用的基础上,提出拟利用电厂粉煤灰合成具有高附加值Sialon复相陶瓷/耐火材料新思路。研究结果表明,通过酸洗工艺参数的控制,可实现粉煤灰中杂质铁的去除,有利于合成陶瓷体积密度的改善。采用胶态成型工艺与碳热还原氮化工艺,可实现低成本高性能环境友好材料的研制。
Based on the comprehensive utilization of industrial fly - ash at present, the novel route for obtaining high value sialon ceramic composite/refractory using fly - ash from dynamoelectric factory was put forward in the paper. The results indicate that the removal of iron element in fly - ash controlled by acid - wash purifying process was available for improvement in bulk density of as - fabricated ceramics. The low - cost, high - performance and friendly - environmental materials can be attained while both the colloidal process and carbothermal reduction nitridation (CRN) were used.
