摘要
由于勘探目的层的深度增加 ,现代石油开采中广泛使用的热力学方法以及地热勘察的需要 ,要求地球物理测井仪器提高耐高温性能。通过对国内外各 2 8种共 5 6种测井仪器耐温指标的比较得出结论 ,我国测井仪器的平均耐温指标比国外落后约 15年。提高测井仪器耐温指标的途径应包括改进仪器外壳的材料、改进传感器的温度性能、合理使用保温瓶等方面。为提高我国测井仪器的耐温指标 ,应该规范测井仪器耐温指标的考核方法 ,建立考核中心 ,定期检测各生产厂的仪器并公布结果。还应该重视和开展这方面的专题研究。
Since the depth of exploration interested zone increases, thermodynamic methods have been applied in modern petroleum exploration extensively. And the temperature index of geophysical logging tools is improved to meet the exploration demand for terrestrial heat according to the comparison of temperature index with 28 kinds of logging tools in the world. The technique of average temperature index of China-made logging tools falls behind the foreign companies about 15 years. Approaches for improving the temperature index of logging tools should include enhancing materials of tool shells, improving temperature tolerance of sensors, reasonably using flasks, and so on. To improve the temperature index of domestic logging tools, we should normalize the examining system for tools' temperature index, set up an examining center to regularly examine the tools from different factories, issue the examined results and carry on special research.
