摘要
根据井径仪推靠器的机械几何结构 ,计算出了推靠臂径向上的运动与推靠拉杆轴向上的运动之间的非线性关系。用此非线性方法对仪器刻度 ,使得国产连斜 -井径并测仪的井径线性不好的问题得到了明显改善。
According to the machinery geometry structure of clamp piston of caliper tool,the nonlinear relation between the push arms movement along the radius and the pull rod movement along the axis is worked out. This nonlinear calibration method is used to calibrate the caliper tool, which obviously improves the measuring accuracy of the caliper tool made in China.
