摘要
利用事故树对小断面锚网支护方式下,上下隅角的安全问题进行了分析,求出了最小割集和基本事件的结构重要度,提出了防止事故的方案,并在现场应用中取得了良好的效果。
The Mining Company of Jiaozuo is a hard coal-and-
gasoutburst mine and heavily watered's mining company,
when we propagated the combined support using shotcrete
and botting wire mesh in little section cundy in recent years,
a few new questions are appeared in gob-road system.
Associated the coal face is advanced, Because of anchor bolt'
s adherence and hanging, the flap top is appeared, the
combined support using shotcrete and botting happened a few
unsafety questions, the up corners some times happen gas
accumulation and gas explosion accident, the down corners
some times happen goaf water accumulation. This is a danger
signal to mining excavation. Based on the analysis of system
safety technic working, we used Fault Tree Analysis,
analyed the unsafety facters from up and down little sections
corners of condy and combined support using shortcreted and
bolting wire mesh working, summed up the character of
safety question in up and down corners. Though the
MOCUS, we get the Fault Tree Analysis's Min cut-off
assembles, analyed every based incident that effects the up
and down corners of condy and get every based incident
whose important index of construction structure. Based on
above analysis, suitable method is supplied, the suitable
method is filling in up and down corners of condy, this is
using to the mining company of Jiaozuo, after a long time
abserved, the method is successful.
