本文介绍防爆型长距离大倾角带式输送机主要技术关键.
The authors describe the key technical problems of flameproof, long distance and high angle belt conveyor, namely, new type of roller, starti ng at low speed, power balance unit for multiple drives, hydraulic braking system and special electric control and protections for downward conveyor. Since the above-mentioned problems have been solved, tha angle of conventional belt conveyor has increased to 25° when raw coal is conveyed upwards, and up to 25° when raw coal is conveyed downwards. This has resulted in saving of investment for roadway epuipment and capital construction. The progress of project is also speeded up. It is characterized by high economic benefits.
