摘要
研究了以硫铁矿烧渣为原料制备铁红的工艺过程及原理,详细探讨了合成反应的各种影响因素及煅烧工艺条件。采用该工艺可使烧渣中氧化铁浸出率达92%,铁红纯度达96 5%。铁红产品质量符合GB1863—89一级品标准。
The principle and the process of preparing iron oxide red from pyrite cinder were studied.The factors affecting the synthesis reaction and the process conditions of calcination were examined.The leaching-out rate of ferric oxide from pyrite cinder is 92%,and the purity of ferric oxide red is 96.5%.The quality of the product can meet the first rank criterion of GB1863—89.
