摘要
采用热力学方法研究了丙烯二聚合成4 甲基 戊烯 1过程中的主、副反应,计算了反应温度、反应压力对化学平衡常数的影响。在此基础上,估算了主、副反应产物的临界温度、临界压力、偏心因子,以及这些主、副反应的吉布斯自由能和平衡转化率。从热力学角度分析了这些反应进行的难易程度,有助于改进催化剂和选择适宜的反应条件。结果表明,适宜的工艺条件为423K,12MPa,与计算结果相吻合。
A thermodynamic study was conducted on the main and side reactions of synthesizing 4-methyl-pentene-l through dimerization of propane. The influence of reaction temperature and pressure on chemical equilibrium constant were worked out. And the critical temperature and critical pressure, the eccentric factor, and the Gibbs free energy and equilibrium conversion of the main and side reactions were estimated based on thermodynamic calculations. The extent of difficulty was also analyzed from a thermodynamic point of view. This result provides a theoretical basis to improve the catalysts and to select the optimum reaction conditions.
