Presently, various in kind of commercial microwave EDA softwares have been emerged. They have powerful performance and quite wide application domain. Especially, it has outstanding behavior in mobile communication, wireless design, signal integrality and EMC. This paper discusses and classifies some of the commercial microwave EDA software, and simply introduce their characteristics and in point scope.
