摘要
采用背向散射的方法,测量了Bi_(1.(?)Nd_(0.2)Ti_4O_(11)的拉曼光谱。实验结果表明,该掺杂样品发生温致和压致软模相变的温度和压力分别为200℃和3.35GPa。文中讨论了相变点移动的原因及高频声子模随温度和压力的变化。
The Raman apectra of Bi_(1.8)Nd_(0.2)Ti_4O_(11) have been measured by backward scattering,Experimental results show that the phase transition pressure and temperature are 3.35 GPa and 200C.respectively.The cause of the shbift in the phase transition point and te variation of the high frequency phonon mode with temperature or pressure.were discussed in this paper.
