摘要
研究了基于可信度的统计覆盖测试技术,以及基于统计覆盖测试技术的测试充分性,指出"以至少C的可信度确信,下一次软件测试出现新的覆盖项(如语句,分支,路径等)的概率小于或等于一个给定的正数B",是一种测试充分性的标准。在此基础上,进一步研究了统计测试技术与软件可靠性技术指标中的软件失效率之间的联系,给出了基于统计测试技术的软件失效率的度量方法。
The confidence-based statistical coverage testing technology is studied, and testing adequacy is discussed based on statistical coverage testing technology, described as 'it can be at least C confident that the probability of finding a new coverage item (such as statement, branche, path etc.) in the next test is less than or equal to a required positive number B'. Furthermore, the relationship between statistical testing technology and failure rate of software reliability is researched. Based on statistical testing technology, the method for measuring failure rate of the software is presented.
