摘要
运用循环伏安法和紫外光谱法研究了四咪唑铜配合物 (Cu(Im) 2 +4)与DNA的相互作用。四咪唑铜配合物与DNA作用后 ,循环伏安曲线的峰电流减小 ,式电位正移 ;DNA的紫外特征吸收峰呈明显的减色效应和红移效应 ,证明DNA与四咪唑铜配合物之间是嵌插作用。并且求得反应生成的加合物的两种结构式分别是 2DNA Cu(Im) 2 +4和DNA Cu(Im) 2 +4。
The interaction between DNA and tetraploid(imidazole) copper(II) terephthalate (Cu(Im) 2+ 4) complex ion was studied by using cyclic voltammetry and UV/Vis spectroscopy. The results depicted an obvious decrease of the peak current with a positive shift of the formal potential after adding DNA in Cu(Im) 2+ 4 solution.Hypochromicity and bathochromic shift were observed at 259 nm after the interaction of them.Moreover,the formation of the complexes were approved to be 2DNA-Cu(Im) 2+ 4and DNA- Cu(Im) 2+ 4 respectively.
