Al_(70)Co_(15)Tb_5Ni_(10)合金中准晶相关相的高压研究

摘要 使用静高压熔态淬火方法,在Al_(70)Co_(15)Tb_5Ni_(10)合金中截获到迄今为止晶胞参数最大的两个十次准晶的Penrose-Tiling相关相。其晶胞参数分别为:简单正交晶体α=6.11nm,b=0.4nm,c=8.4nm;底心正交晶体α=6.11nm,b=0.4nm,c=8.4nm。其晶体结构和晶胞参数与目前理论上的预言基本吻合。 Two new orthorhombic approximants with the largest unit cell observed up to now were found in the Al70Co15Tb5Ni10 decagonal quasicrystal, which were prepared by quenching (102℃/s) the melt state (1700℃) under high static pressure (7. 0GPa).The lattice parameters of the orthorhombic approximants are the same (a =6. 1nm,b=0. 4nm,c = 8. 4nm),but the structure of the first phase is a P-type and that of the second phase is a B-type. Their structures and lattice parameters are in accordance with that of the present theoretical predictions.
