曲线漏斗煤仓的设计施工

摘要 介绍显德汪矿2号曲线漏斗煤仓的设计、主体工程和装修工程的施工工艺. A special coal bunker is designed for Xiandewang Colliery. It has a capacity of 1,500 t which is 8 m in net diameter, 29.5 m high. On the top of the bunker, 3 t bottondump mine cars pass by, at the bottom of the bunker, there is a feeder which loads coal onto the belt conveyor. The spiral curve equation for thebunker is x=0.925 e 0.195y. The coal bunker is built by drill and blast method. The sequence of constuction is: first, the unloadiog chamber at the top and the loading chamder at the bottom are built; excavation of bunker collar and other auxiliary projects is made; a small diameter raise is driven from the lower chamber upwards to connect the upper chamder; reaming starts downward and lining of the chamber is conducted; construction of the hopper and lower mouth of bunker, and placement of concrete roof of the loading chamber are carried out. Steel rails and channel steel are installed and emery concrete is applied. In the coal bunker, three air cannons are designed and installed for handling bunker blockage.
