摘要
针对晶闸管中频电源研制中逆变电路这一核心,提出了一种基于80C196MC单片机中频电源控制电路,给出了该构思的硬件和软件设计。通过对试验结果进行分析,证明该电路很好地实现了电源的扫频式零压软启动和正常工作时槽路谐振频率的跟踪,而且简单实用,启动成功率高,可靠性和通用性得到改善。
This paper introduces a new inversion control circuit based on 80C 196MC singlechip for thyristor medium frequency power supply. Meanwhile the hardware and software designs are also provided. It is approved by analysing the experimental results that the circuit softly starts the power supply in the way of sweeping-frequency and zero-voltage, and well tracks the tank resonant frequency in normal working. In addition the control circuit is simple and efficiency, the ratio of successful star is higher, the reliability and commonality are improved.
