稠油热注炉化学清烟垢剂的研制及评价

摘要 针对稠油热注炉的燃油和工况 ,根据燃烧化学和熔盐化学原理 ,分析了稠油锅炉烟垢的形成机理和清烟垢剂的化学作用 .研制出一种新型液体化学清烟垢剂 ,其可有效阻止形成烟垢的低熔点碱金属硅酸盐、硫酸盐等物质的生成 ;经室内评价试验 ,该清烟垢剂对稠油热注炉具有明显的防垢和清垢作用 . In the beginning of composition analysis of fuel and fouling substance, formation and chemical removing mechanism of fireside fouling of condensed-oil-burning boiler were studied by means of burning chemistry and molten-salt chemistry. Based on the results, a foul removing agent was developed. The agents efficiently stop the formation of low melting-point alkali silicates and sulfates in the burning boiler. The experimental results show that the agent demonstrates a positive action of foul cleaning and prevention.
