摘要
根据游梁抽油机的改造方案及结构尺寸 ,计算了加速度、速度和位移 .运用示功图中P~PR的关系 ,计算了悬点载荷、曲柄轴转矩和有功功率 .CYJ8-3 -4 8HB型抽油机改造后计算结果表明 :有功功率降低 2 0 .8% ,运动、动力性能得到改善 .具有明显的节电效果 .
Based on the pumping unit's improvement scheme and its structural size, we calculated its acceleration, speed and displacement. According to the relationship between P~PR in the diagram, the load, crank torque and active power have been calculated. The calculation result of the improved CYJ8-3-48HB model shows that the active power decreases by 20.8%; motion and dynamic performance have been improved, and the energy saving effect is obvious.
