摘要
人才流动是实现人才动态管理的方式 ,人才流动受制于社会、组织、个体多方面因素 ,人才流动具有人才个体与组织机构双向决策的特征 .通过建立人才流动的决策模型 ,进一步阐述人才流动的成因 ,并提出了人才合理流动的对策 .
The circulation of professionals is a way to realize their dynamic management. The circulation of professionals is limited by many social, organizational and individual factors. This paper develops a decision making model of professional circulation, and explains its original causes, on which the countermeasures for rational professional circulation have been put forward.
