带式输送机中间带条驱动用于下运的探讨

摘要 本文论证了中间带条驱动用于下运带式输送机的可行性. A middle point belt drive and a drum drive are both frictional drive. But the middle point drive has more advantages in technical and economic than the drum drive. The middle point drive device has no large parts and is easy to be transported in underground mine. The device does not need a large chamber or foundation to be mounted. The device does not need a expensive high strength belt. Due to a separated braking system to be used, it does not only have a stable braking, but overcome the problems which occured in the central braking system. The principle and structure of the middle point drive downward belt conveyor can basically meet with the design principle of a conventional downward belt conveyor and the braking system. Therefor it is feasible that the middle point drive device can be used in a downward belt conveyor. Due to having a clamping function of a pressure clamper device, it can force the loading belt and drive belt in a synchronous running or approximate synchronous running. It also can adjust unbalanced loading which can overcome the problems of sliding, overpile loading, vibration and others occured in a conventional middle point belt drive used in an inclined conveying.
