摘要
介绍了采用OV-3色谱柱的FID色谱仪对氯乙烷进行定量测定的方法。其内标物选择正庚烷,该方法简便、快速、准确。标准偏差为0.38,变异系数为0.39%,回收率为99.83%,线性相关系数为0.9998。
It is introduced that chloroethane is detected and determined quantitatively by FID gas chromatograph with OV-3 chromatographic column and taking n-heptane as the internal standard.The method is simple, rapid and accurate.The standard deviation,the coefficient of variation,the recovery and the linear correlation are 0.38,0.39%,99.83% and 0.999 8, respectively.
