摘要
为给 1 0 %单嘧磺酯可湿性粉剂的质量控制和田间应用提供科学依据和保障 ,建立了 1 0 %单嘧磺酯可湿性粉剂的HPLC分析方法 ,最佳分析条件采用 2 5 0mm× 4 6mm不锈钢ODS 5 μm球型硅胶填料色谱柱 ,甲醇/水 (用磷酸调 pH值 4 0 ) =5 3/47(v/v)为流动相 ,流速为 1 0ml/min ,紫外检测波长为 2 36nm。该法能较好地分离单嘧磺酯与样本中的杂质 ,方法的平均添加回收率为 1 0 0 84 %,样本的平均含量为 1 0 2 7%,变异系数为 0 6 8%,线性相关系数平方 (r2 )为 0 9992。
In order to control the quality of monosulfuron ester formulation,the method of HPLC analysis of 10% of monosulfuron ester WP was established.The optimal condition was 1 0 ml/min of methanol/double distilled water (containing H 3PO 4,pH=4 0)(53/47(v/v)) as mobile phase,236nm UV as determination wave length using 250mm×4 6mm stainless ODS 5μm column,monosulfuron ester could be separated from its formulation effectively.The average recovery and coefficient of variation of this method were 100 84% and 0 68% respectively,the r 2 was 0 9992,the average concentration of 10% of monosulfuron ester WP was 10 27%.This method can be used as quality analysis of 10% of monosulfuron ester WP effectively.
