Determination of MCPA-Na by Ion Chromatography

采用高效离子色谱法 ,使用AS1 1阴离子柱和电导检测器、ASRS抑制器、 2 5 μl定量进样环 ,以0 0 1 5mol/LNaOH液做流动相 ,流速为 1ml/min ,采用流量为 5ml/min的 0 0 2 0mol/L硫酸溶液的外加酸工作模式 ,对除草剂 2甲 4氯钠进行定量分析 ,方法简便、快捷、准确 ,方法标准偏差为 0 1 9,变异系数为0 4 0 % ,回收率为 98 8%～ 1 0 0 5 %。

A simple,efficient and accurate method is first developed for the separation and determination of a kind of herbicides MCPA Na by ion chromatography on AS11 column.An electrochemical detector,an ASRS suppressor and a 25 μl sample loop were used.The eluent is 0 015mol/L NaOH with a flow rate of 1 0ml/min.The standard deviation is 0 19 ,the coefficients of variation is 0 40% and the recovery is 98 8%～100 5%.
