摘要
通过对大庆炼化公司6000t/a硫铵回收装置中的聚合物在丙烯腈装置废水中的溶解性及混合物粘度的测试,提出了用丙烯腈装置废水稀释聚合物,进而焚烧处理的办法。并在装置上应用了该技术,解决了硫铵回收装置的废聚合物污染环境的问题。
Through measurement and testing of dissolvability of polymer from 6 000 t/a thiamine recovery plant in acrylonitrile plant waste water and viscosity of the mixture, a method of diluting polymer with waste water from acrylonitrile plant and then burning it is defined. The application of the technology on this plant tackled the environmental pollution problems resulting from waste polymer from thiamine recovery plant.
