Making and application of X-ray exposure conditions fast checking card

通过理论分析和实验研究,对便携式X射线探伤机现场照相的曝光条件,提出了一种速查方法,采用该方法可快速得出在不同条件下的正确曝光条件,提高了选取曝光条件的准确性,保证了射线照相的质量。

Based on theoretical analysis and experiments, a fast checking method for the field photographic exposure conditions needed by portable X-ray defectoscope is presented. With the method, a fast accurate exposure condition at different situations can be defined, the accuracy of exposure condition selection is increased, the quality of radiograms are ensured.
