Research on effective cutting algorithm during real chemical analog

根据化工模拟计算中复杂循环回路的理论切割准则,讨论了如何使用图论及回路搜索的方法得出一种理论性的回路切割算法。在此基础上,又研究了实际应用过程中不适用图论切割原理的一些化工过程,给出了相应的处理方法,使该原理能够真正应用到实际流程中。

According to the theoretical cutting rule of complicated circulating loopin the chemical simulation calculation, the method of using the flowsheet principle and loop search to get a theoretical loop cutting algorithm are discussed. Based on it, some practical chemical processes not apply the flowsheet cutting principle are studied, and relevant resolve methods are presented, make the cutting algorithm applicable to practical chemical process.
