通心络治疗无症状心肌缺血的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Silent Myocardial Ischemia Treated by Tongxinluo Capsules

目的 观察通心络胶囊治疗无症状心肌缺血 (SMI)的临床疗效。方法 80例SMI病人随机分为对照组(4 0例 )和通心络组 (4 0例 ) ,停用活血化瘀中成药 1周后 ,对照组给予 β受体阻滞剂、长效硝酸酯类药及肠溶阿司匹林 ;通心络组在对照组治疗方案上停用硝酸酯类药 ,加服通心络胶囊3粒或 4粒 ,每日 3次 ,疗程 15d。治疗前后查动态心电图 ,观察 2 4h心肌缺血发作次数、心肌缺血总时间及心肌缺血总负荷的变化 ,并测定治疗前后血液流变学。结果 两组病人血液流变学状态明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;心肌缺血时间、缺血发作次数及心肌缺血总负荷明显减轻 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;两组之间比较 ,通心络病人 2 4h心肌缺血总时间及缺血总负荷改善更为明显(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 通心络胶囊治疗SMI有良好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule(TXLC) on treating silent myocardial ischemia (SMI).Methods 80 patients of SMI were divided randomly into control group (40cases) and TXLC group (40cases).Beta blockers,isosorbide-mononitrate retard and aspirin were given to control group,the TXLC group was given beta blockers,aspirin and TXLC (3-4 capsules,there times daily) .The therapeutic course was 15 days. Ambulatory electrocardiogram and hemorheology were observed before and after trdatment.Results After treatment,the hemorheology was improved effectively in both groups (P<0.05),the number and duration of myocardial ischemia in 24 hours decreased significantly (P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the duration and total loading of myocardial ischemia of TXLC group was decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion TXLC is a effective drug in treatment of SMI.
