加味参附颗粒对顽固性心力衰竭病人心功能的影响

Effect of Compound Shenfu Granules on Cardiac Function of Patients with Refractory Heart Failure

目的 观察中药复方制剂加味参附颗粒治疗顽固性心力衰竭临床疗效及对心功能的影响。方法 治疗组 80例按西医常规治疗加服加味参附颗粒 ,每日 2次 ,每次服用量 16g(每包 8g ,含生药 3 8g) ;对照组 60例按西医常规治疗。对两组治疗前后及两组间心功能改善的临床疗效进行比较。结果 治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为 83 .75 %和70 .3 3 % (P <0 .0 1)。心脏彩色多普勒检查心脏每分输出量(CO)、射血分数 (EF)、心脏指数(CI)也有明显改善 ,治疗组和对照组比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,说明加味参附颗粒治疗顽固性心力衰竭有效。结论 在两药治疗的基础上 ,配合使用中药加味参附颗粒治疗心力衰竭病人可提高临床疗效 ,改善心功能。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese herbs, compound shenfu granules, on cardiac function of patients with refractory heart failure.Methods 80 cases in therapeutic group were additionally given shenfu granules 1 packet (8 gram, contains 38g herb) twice a day on the basis of routine medical treatment for heart failure, while the 60 cases in control group were only given the routine medical treatment. The therapeutic effect on cardiac function was compared between pre- and post-therapy for each group respectively as well as between the two groups.Results The overall effective rates for therapeutic group and control group were 83.75% and 70.33% respectively. There was prominent statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01). By echocardiogram, the CO, EF and CI of patients in therapeutic group were greatly improved in comparision to those of patients in control group. The difference had prominent statistical meaning (P<0.05).Conclusion We can draw the conclusion that compound shenfu granules is effect to refractory heart failure effectively.
