碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对脑出血模型大鼠脑内神经干细胞增殖的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)对大鼠脑出血后运动功能恢复及脑部神经干细胞增殖的影响。方法 SD大鼠 2 4只制作大鼠脑出血模型 ,随机分为对照组和实验组 ,每组 12只。分别给予生理盐水和bFGF ,分别于模型制作后和给药后 2 8d进行运动功能评分和Nestin抗原检测。结果 给予bFGF组患鼠运动功能恢复明显优于对照组 ,实验组脑组织切片显示Nestin阳性细胞增殖明显。结论 损伤局部注射bFGF可通过促进神经干细胞增殖和神经保护两条途径促进脑出血机体神经功能恢复 。 Objective To study the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor on neurogenesis in brain of rat and recovery of motor function after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The 24 intracerebral hemorrhage rat models were made,and then were randomly divided into two groups,each 12 respectively. The control group received saline injection; the bFGF treatment group received bFGF injection. The motor function of rats were valuated 2 hours post-injure,2 hours and 28 days after injection,and the nestin antigen were labeled at last.Results The motor function of bFGF group rats recovered much better than the control group.When compared to the control group,the number of nestin positive cells in bFGF group significantly increased.Conclusion Infusing bFGF can improve the motor function recovery after cerebral hemorrhage through the ways of neural protection and neurogenesis. To profoundly investigate the method has wide prospect.
