Sorel胶凝材料的改性研究及试验

摘要 本文提出用硅铝玻璃质混合料及少量活性氧化钙对索端尔胶凝材料进行改性。分析了外掺物对材料改性的机理。试验成果证明所提出的改性措施,成功地解决了制品硬化过程中持续的体积膨胀问题,同时也有效地控制了制品的翘曲变形及返卤现象。 To blend the glassy materials of Silicon-Aluminium and a few of active CaO will improve the material properties of sorel cement.The mechanism of extra blending material to properties of sorel cement improvment were developed by the author.The experiment shows that the measure presented in the paper will be efficient to solve the problem on the continuous swell of volume during a period of the product hardening and will bepractical control the cocking transfiguration and phenomenon of Mg-Salt out of product.
