摘要
井下闭环可变径稳定器以钻井液压力作为驱动力 ,在测控系统的控制下 ,通过调整可变径稳定器中稳定块径向伸缩量 ,可实现不起钻情况下的无极变径 ,从而改变底部钻具组合 ,实现增斜、稳斜和降斜的目的。该可变径稳定器具有井下闭环控制的特点 ,如果实钻轨迹与设计轨迹不一致 ,井下闭环可变径稳定器可以自动调节钻进方位。井下闭环可变径稳定器物理样机经过室内性能试验和现场应用试验 。
The down-hole close-loop radial adjustable stabilizers is driven by the drill fluid force. Under controlling of the measure and control system, it can carry out stepless radial change by changing adjustable component radial stretching out and drawing back, it can change BHA. It can accomplish increasing slope, decreasing slope and stabilizing slope. Its characteristic is the down-hole close-loop control. If its actual track differs from design, it can adjust direction in drill.The prototype tested in lab and operated onsite shows that its performance can meet drilling requirements.
