抽油泵高效固定阀罩的研制与应用

Development and application of the standing valve cover

文章分析了导致中高油气比油井泵效较低的原因 ,针对普通固定阀罩存在的缺点 ,对其结构进行了改进。改进后的固定阀罩使阀球关闭时间缩短 ,固定阀漏失量减少 ,流体通过固定阀时到达泵筒的过程变得较为平缓 ,减少了气体逸出 。

This paper presents the analysis on the reasons of the lower pump efficiency in the higher gas-oil ratio well, aiming at the shortcoming of common standing valve cover and the conventional structure improved. The improvement makes the valve ball close time shortened and leakage reduced. The course of fluid reaching the pump tube through standing valve cover is comparatively gentle, thus reducing gas escape and improving pump efficiency.
