摘要 火电厂排放的二氧化硫形成的酸雨已严重危害人类的生存环境,国家强制要求火电厂必须安装烟气脱硫装置。但是,受技术和经济等条件的限制,必须发展脱硫率高、系统可利用率高、流程简化、系统电耗低、投资和运行费用低的脱硫技术和工艺。在这种形势下,干法脱硫工艺应运而生。为此,结合国内外目前比较成熟、大型商业化运行的几种干法、半干法脱硫工艺,分析了干法、半干法脱硫工艺在大型化发展、控制调节、预除尘器和脱硫除尘器设置的技术要点,最后指出干法脱硫工艺具有广阔的应用前景。 The acid rain caused by SO2 emission from thermal power plants has seriously impacted humans living environment, and the installation of flue gas desulphurization (FGD) apparatus has been enforced upon thermal power plants in China. Owing to techno-economic reasons, however, those FGD techniques featuring high efficiency and availability, simplified procedures and low power consumption,investments and costs have to be developed, and dry FGD methods arise as a result. This paper describes several dry and semi-dry FGD methods that are relatively mature and commercially operating on a large scale at home and abroad, and analyzes their technical essentials with respect to macro-scale operation, operation control and the configuration of the pre-deduster and the FGD deduster. The broad application prospects of dry FGD methods are indicated finally.
