摘要
火电厂排放的二氧化硫形成的酸雨已严重危害人类的生存环境,国家强制要求火电厂必须安装烟气脱硫装置。但是,受技术和经济等条件的限制,必须发展脱硫率高、系统可利用率高、流程简化、系统电耗低、投资和运行费用低的脱硫技术和工艺。在这种形势下,干法脱硫工艺应运而生。为此,结合国内外目前比较成熟、大型商业化运行的几种干法、半干法脱硫工艺,分析了干法、半干法脱硫工艺在大型化发展、控制调节、预除尘器和脱硫除尘器设置的技术要点,最后指出干法脱硫工艺具有广阔的应用前景。
The acid rain caused by SO2 emission from thermal power plants has seriously impacted humans living environment, and the installation of flue gas desulphurization (FGD) apparatus has been enforced upon thermal power plants in China. Owing to techno-economic reasons, however, those FGD techniques featuring high efficiency and availability, simplified procedures and low power consumption,investments and costs have to be developed, and dry FGD methods arise as a result. This paper describes several dry and semi-dry FGD methods that are relatively mature and commercially operating on a large scale at home and abroad, and analyzes their technical essentials with respect to macro-scale operation, operation control and the configuration of the pre-deduster and the FGD deduster. The broad application prospects of dry FGD methods are indicated finally.
