摘要
电网的大面积停电事故,可能造成发电厂机组与系统解列。能否及时向用户恢复送电,很大因素取决于系统内的发电机组是否能及时恢复运行。为此,分析了黄埔发电厂在电网停电事故时可能出现的几种情况,提出相应的处理方法。并对机组在全停情况下,利用锅炉蓄汽实现机组重新启动的可行性进行了探讨。
The large blackout of a power grid may result in the splitting of generating units from the system, and the timely recovery of power supply depends mainly on whether the generation in the system can be restored rapidly or not. This paper analyzes the possibilities in Huangpu Power Plant during a power grid blackout and puts forth relevant countermeasures. The feasibility of restarting units with accumulated boiler steam during complete shutdown of the units is discussed as well.
