摘要
结合广州城区日益增多的变电站遥控拒动现象,详细分析了变电站遥控拒动产生的原因。选取广州供电分公司变电二部监控中心和桃园、钟落潭2个变电站,进行了一系列试验。试验结果表明,改善通道质量、提高通信速率和改进通信规约是提高变电站遥控成功率的关键。
In view of the increasing substation telecontrol failures in the urban area of Guangzhou, the reasons of the problem are analyzed detailedly and a series of verifying tests made. The test results show that improving the communication links, increasing the communication speed and upgrading the protocol are the key measures for higher success rate of substation telecontrol.
